Three words to describe the powerball - "OH MY GOD". It is an ingenious invention. Everyone simply must have one! I have absolutely no idea how most people can go through everyday sports without one! I've been in the gym for months trying to improve my bicep curl with no success! A powerball and 7 days later I was just so much stronger lifter a lot more that before I had brought the powerball and not only was I lifting more but the powerball left a really nice "ripped" sensation in bicep which has gone a lot harder after using this miraculous invention! iv had my powerball for 1day and got 10233rpm but i think i used it toomuch as my wrist hurts and i have blisters...but stil i can not put it down may this be bad but i will use in otherhand now LOL this is soo fun and addictive evn my mother likes it!!! i do Parkour freerunning and this has improved my vaults and grabs alot ...Marty Wayne, United Kingdom
